Cradoc’s Savoury Biscuits - Spinach, Celery Crackers

Baked in the heart of Wales just below the Brecon Beacons. These crackers always start bright green, the colour fades with exposure to daylight as strong light destroys all-natural chlorophyll. Correct storage will prevent this from occurring. Store in a light-proof airtight container. So good with hummus and yoghurt-based dips. Best with a proper Red Leicester or smoked salmon, softer savoury mousses and plates where a surprise crunch makes an impression.

WHEAT flour (Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin. Raising Agents: Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Bi-carbonates), Spinach (10.1%), Rapeseed Oil, Salt, CELERY Seeds 0.34%
