Baked in the heart of Wales just below the Brecon Beacons. These crackers always start bright green, the colour fades with exposure to daylight as strong light destroys all-natural chlorophyll. Correct storage will prevent this from occurring. Store in a light-proof airtight container. So good with hummus and yoghurt-based dips. Best with a proper Red Leicester or smoked salmon, softer savoury mousses and plates where a surprise crunch makes an impression.
