Home-cooked in Carmarthenshire to our own recipe, faggots are a traditional British dish originating from the midlands sometime in the mid-1800s.

We use a mixture of pork, chopped liver, offal, breadcrumbs, and herbs.

They are very rich in flavour and are traditionally served with mash and peas. 2 would be plenty for one person.
