Traditional Caerphilly made by Welsh brothers Todd and Maugan Trethowan in Somerset – awarded Best British Cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2021 and came in the top 16 cheeses of the world!

Gorwydd Caerphilly is three cheeses in one, the rind has a mushroomy flavour, and below that, you will find a creamy breakdown while the centre is lactic and lemony with a delicate, crumbly texture. The three characteristics together make for a great depth of flavour and this is what makes Gorwydd one of a kind.
