Patrick and Becky Holden from Bwlchwernen Fawr, where Hafod Cheddar is made, have been fully committed to organic farming and sustainability for over 40 years.

Their remote, hilly location 10 miles from the beautiful Ceredigion coast drove the choice of hardy Ayrshire cows which are considered one of the best UK breeds for cheese.

They've chosen to return to a natural, rather than clothbound, rind. Hafod is a textured, creamy cheddar.

Hafod Cheddar is a great way to enjoy an organic, sustainably sourced product, one that is full of flavour and has a creamy texture.
