Mallard Oven Ready

The largest of our native wild ducks, our classic oven-ready mallards average around 600g in weight and are ample meat for two people. Wild ducks are leaner and tastier than farmed ducks, as they spend more time in flight and movement, the dark meat has a distinctive and delicious flavour. Mallard oven-ready is high in protein and fewer calories than other duck varieties, making it a great healthy option.
