Traditional Welsh Double Lamb Chop, or Barnsley Chop, or Double loin lamb chop. This traditional cut is straight across the short saddle, so it has a double helping of chop, nothing is removed so it may have small pieces of lamb fillet as well. Supplied on the bone for extra flavour and naturally occurring fat.

Each chop weighs approximately 400g, priced per chop.
