All our game is harvested from our own or local farms, where we are unable to find locally it is from recognised and trusted game dealers.

Being close to an estuary we are able to source migratory birds such as wild duck in the autumn and woodcock later in winter. Both are fantastic eating and highly recommended to the game connoisseur.
